Equipping operational and functional leaders with the capability to drive and lead operational excellence and continuous improvement within their organisations. Combining elements of Lean, CI, Six Sigma, Change Management, and Project Management.

1. Data Measurement and Statistical Analysis for CI and Op-Ex (Accuracy considerations, Hawthorne effect, collection problems, and data collection tools, Statistical bias, sampling methods, plans, and pitfalls)
 
2. Project Management Fundamentals for CI and Op-Ex Projects / Initiatives (Understanding the Project Environment, Project Definition, Project Planning, Technical Execution, and Project Control)
 
3. Visual Management in Operations (Kanban, Shadow, and SOP boards, Color-coding, and Performance dashboards)
 
4. Kaizen Project Selection (Target identification, ranking, scoping)
