Annual Subscription
- Subscriptions are non-transferable except in the case of extenuating circumstances.
- Zero refund policy.
- Listing in the Industry Collective Australia (ICA) Specialist Directory with a company profile page. Information on the company profile page will be generated using the information provided or a summary generated from running your website through an AI program.
- It is the responsibility of the specialist to ensure the accuracy of all information. Changes to the profile pages can be requested through admin@industrycollective.au.
- 1 blog posts every quarter. Blogs will be published on the IPA Blog, with a social post to the IPA LinkedIn to extend to a wider audience.
- Unlimited free referrals from ICA Specialists and Industry Partners Australia. Referrals are not guaranteed but our specialists are top priority if their services and knowledge are required.
- 2 tickets to all professional development workshops; subject to availability.
- Unlimited attendance by key contacts to all SpecialistSpotlight events; subject to availability.
- Your company profile page listed in the app. It is the responsibility of the specialist to ensure the accuracy of all information. Changes can be requested through admin@industrycollective.au.
- Subscription inclusions may be subject to change without notice or reparation.
Boost & Book
- These events are to be organised by the specialist including; venue, registrations and payments.
- Our role is to assist specialists promoting the event to our extensive IPA network.
- Minimum 6 weeks notice.
- Maximum 2 social posts; initial and final chance.
- If media and blurbs are not provided for the social posts in a timely manner they will be created by us.
- Due to time restrictions approval prior to posting may not always be possible.
- There is no guarantee that advertising will result in additional bookings.
- Zero refund policy.
CoDeliver Training
- Event is subject to approval, not all submitted events are guaranteed approval. We want to make the event successful and meets current market needs.
- Minimum 3 months notice. The event will be considered confirmed once both parties agree upon delivery date/s and the events are added to the Industry Partners Australia website event calendar.
- These events are jointly organised and promoted by both parties. We expect that you will actively promote the event within your existing network and make every effort to attract participants, as will Industry Collective Australia (ICA).
- ICA will promote the events via;
- Maximum 2 social posts; initial and final chance. If media and blurbs are not provided for the social posts they will be created by us. Due to time restrictions approval prior to posting may not always be possible.
- Additional Linkedin paid promotion - maximum $200. If media and blurbs are not provided for the social posts they will be created by us. Due to time restrictions approval prior to posting may not always be possible.
- Available payment option for registrations will be credit card only, IPA Stripe account will be connected to the registrations system of our choosing. There will be no free seats unless both parties agree.
- ICA will coordinate all logistical arrangements for the event, including venue selection, appropriate catering and beverages, room setup, audio-visual equipment, and scheduling, based on the details provided by you in advance.
- ICA will charge a 35% ticket fee for all registrations (less booking fees), regardless of origin. ICA will recover, at cost, outgoings for the venue and any other related costs.
- Workbooks and certificates are to be supplied by you if required. A list of attendee's will be supplied at least 5 days prior to the training date.
- Within 14 days of completion of the workshop, Industry Collective Australia will provide a report of registrations and request an invoice for the total amount owed. Upon receiving the invoice, we will make a direct deposit into your nominated bank account within 14 days.
- If a workshop does not meet minimum numbers (8), ICA will contact you prior the workshop date to discuss cancellation or postponement of the event. If we agree to cancel the event all endevours will be made to recover event outlays for venues, transport or advertising and other costs associated with the event preparation, however both parties agree that all cost that cannot be recovered, will be shared 50/50.
