TradeMutt

TradeMutt is an Australian social impact workwear brand founded by tradies for tradies, with a mission to make conversations about mental health impossible to ignore. Their signature loud, colourful work shirts are designed to spark conversations on job sites and in communities, encouraging people—especially men—to open up about how they're feeling. The bold designs act as a catalyst for dialogue, aiming to break down the stigma around mental health in traditionally stoic industries.

Every TradeMutt shirt features a small patch that reads, "This is a conversation starter," reinforcing the brand’s purpose. Beyond clothing, TradeMutt co-founded TIACS (This Is A Conversation Starter), a free mental health support service providing text and call access to qualified counsellors.

TradeMutt donates 50% of profits to help fund TIACS, supporting free mental health care for blue-collar workers and the wider community. The company also promotes social change through ethical and inclusive manufacturing and employment practices.
